No joke, this would make my fucking life lol I would forever talk about the day someone left a dollar for me to have a snack.

Those kind of things do mean a lot to people.  When I was in college, I used to buy extra sandwiches from shops and put them on benches so people could find them.  Every time I would double back and either notice it was gone or see someone eating it.  One day as I was leaving something on the bench a man stopped me and said I forgot something.  I explained that I do that on purpose when I have enough money.  He looked at me with tears in his eyes and asked if he could have it and I said “of course.”  I’ll never forget how much he thanked me for that sandwich.
